This complex was commissioned on July 15, 2005, under the brand name Saba Rad Mehvar and managed by Mr. Hamid Bagherian.
Initially, the main objectives of establishing this complex were as follows:
Manufacturing parts and accessories for motor vehicles through steel casting methods
Casting of motor vehicle components (gray cast iron) using the induction method
Ductile iron (nodular cast iron) casting
In response to the growing market demand and the development of the steel casting industry in the country, the senior management of Saba Rad Mehvar established a strategic and purposeful plan after five years. This plan was implemented through the formation of skilled and efficient work teams aimed at achieving the organization’s long-term objectives.
The main objectives of this plan include the economic and financial development of the company in line with government policies, reducing the steel industry’s dependence on foreign sources, producing key products using modern European technologies, supplying various types of steel billets required by rolling mills, optimizing resource consumption, and enhancing energy performance.
Additionally, environmental protection, direct employment for 90 individuals, and the development of employee training and participation to increase awareness and organizational commitment are considered essential elements of this program.
Ultimately, this program was implemented through the launch and completion of the development project involving the installation of induction furnaces and a continuous steel billet casting line with dimensions of 120×120 mm and 100×100 mm. This initiative aimed to achieve improved product quality, increased customer satisfaction, and timely delivery of orders in a sustainable manner.
